Mental Wellness is a key component of any human being’s life. It is especially important to the healthy brain development of a child/adolescent. This key component is what is missing from standard grade school curriculums. Yes, social and emotional wellness has been touched on, but an emphasis on Mental Wellness education as a whole will ensure that children possess the tools that work best for them in their times of stress. In addition, it can reduce the number of children turning to violence due to low emotional intelligence and lack of coping tools. With practice, and consistency these tools can become an important part of every student’s life. From a teacher’s perspective, what is appreciated the most about the idea of this curriculum is that, as it is taught, it is being absorbed and practiced by the teacher. Everybody wins by incorporating Mental Wellness into curriculums.

We have been granted the opportunity to create something amazing and transformational for generations to come.

H360’s Online Mental Wellness Curriculum: Tools for Mental Wellness (Grades K – 12) will consist of 20 weekly lessons/focuses that will teach healthy coping skills, develop critical emotional skills, develop critical self-awareness, and increase self confidence. Ultimately, students lack the ability to rely on themselves and their knowledge of coping in times of stress. This curriculum is research based and specifically designed to cultivate self-trust within each student while arming them with the Mental Tools to succeed.
