🔥 Calling Ward 8 Youth Changemakers (Ages 16–21)
Are you ready to lead, heal, and be a voice for peace in your community?
Humanity 360, Inc. is selecting 10 youth leaders from Ward 8 to join our I-CARE Youth Facilitator Training, focused on conflict resolution and restorative justice.
This paid opportunity equips you with tools to:
- De-escalate conflict and hold space for others
- Facilitate restorative circles and healing dialogue
- Grow your leadership and self-awareness skills in real-world settings
- Represent the I-CARE values: Intentional Communication, Accountability, Respect, and Empathy
💰 All selected youth will receive a stipend for completing training and community facilitation sessions.
🧠 Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for youth who:
- Live in Ward 8 and are between 16–21 years old
- Are passionate about helping others, even if you’re still finding your voice
- Have personal or school-based experience with conflict and want to be part of the solution
- Can commit to attending training sessions and community events (6 Hrs)
No prior facilitation experience required, just heart, presence, and willingness to learn.
